We appreciate total honesty in the notes section about your reason for return and promise that your comments will be used to improve our product comfort, quality, and processes. Any notes left will not impact the return process or your eligibility for a refund/exchange. 

 VISIT RETURNS CENTER

  • Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment for the purchase price along with any applicable taxes.
  • If you return an item purchased during a promotion or sale, a portion of the discount will be lost.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days after we receive your package to process your refund and credit your account.
  • For returns purchased with a Gift Card, the refund will be applied back to a gift card and has no cash value.
  • If you would like to exchange for a new size, color, or style we recommend placing a new order for an in stock item and returning the original order. Select styles and sizes may sell out quickly and stock levels change often.

Exclusions - Items not eligible for return

  • Samples & B-stock items are final sale.
  • Last Call and Closeout items are final sale.
  • Any item notated on product page as 'Final Sale' or 'Not eligible for returns'
All items are covered by our quality guarantee. If you receive a final sale product with a defect that makes it unwearable or arrives in an unexpected condition please contact us for assistance. Boots deemed defective at our factory are repurposed and not sold to the public.
