LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Lane Boots is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is noted as delivered but you haven’t received it, you’re responsible for contacting the shipping carrier with the tracking number to obtain more information or file a claim. Once the shipping carrier has confirmed the package was not delivered to your shipping address, we’ll then replace your item(s) or issue a refund.

RETURNS
In the event a Lane Boots’ online purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return most unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is a result of our error (e.g. you received an incorrect or defective item), we’ll pay the return-shipping costs. Items purchased online must be returned to Lane Boots directly. Our retail partners will not accept returns purchased directly from our website. Returns must be made within 30 days of the original shipment. Note: No returns or exchanges are permitted on sale or clearance products. Also, gift cards are not eligible for returns or refunds. Here are the steps to return your Lane Boots’ online purchase: Contact Lane Boots to get a Returns Number Authorization (RNA) form. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Note: All products must be returned in new condition to ensure full credit. Include a copy of the RNA form in your return package. Affix a mailing label to the package and remove all other labels from the outside of the packaging.

To receive credit, items must be returned within 30 days of original shipment. Expect your refund-in the same form of payment you originally used-within 30 days of when we receive the returned order. The cost of shipping is deducted from this refund The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees on items returned to Lane Boots. Any returned or refused packages are subject to a shipping charge.
